Remove yourself in one email

Send a blank email to optout@zenithoutbound.com from the address you were contacted at. You do not need to write anything, give a reason, or confirm twice.

If you were contacted at a different address than the one you are writing from, include the original address in the body so we can match the record.

What happens next

• Your address is added to our permanent suppression list within one business day.
• All active sequences to you stop immediately.
• The suppression list applies across every campaign we run, for every client, not just the one that contacted you.
• You receive a single confirmation, and then nothing further.

We keep your address on the suppression list indefinitely. That is deliberate: it is the only reliable way to guarantee a future campaign never reaches you again. The suppression record holds nothing beyond what is needed to match and exclude you.

If you want your data deleted instead

Deletion and suppression are different. If we delete every trace of you, a future data purchase could reintroduce your address and contact you again. Suppression prevents that; deletion does not.

If you would still prefer full erasure, email hello@zenithoutbound.com and say so explicitly. We will erase the record, retain only the minimum hash needed for suppression, and confirm when it is done.

Reporting a problem

If you opted out and were contacted again, that is a failure on our side and we want to know. Email hello@zenithoutbound.com with the message you received and we will investigate and respond within five business days.

Where your details came from

We reach business contacts using licensed commercial data providers and publicly available professional information. If you want to know the specific source of your record, ask in your email and we will tell you.
